
Hello! Welcome to the MBSR Austin site! I offer the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program as well as shorter mindfulness classes both in person and live online. Due to the pandemic, until it becomes safe to hold in-person classes, all classes will continue to be offered live online only. Please feel free to browse through the site for class information or anything else that interests you.
