This free interactive, introductory workshop, is being offered in person as well as online. You will receive the following information in this workshop:
- a brief history of MBSR
- what mindfulness is and is not
- a taste of mindfulness through one or more short guided practices
- information about the MBSR course, including its benefits and risks
- open time for Q/A

A Zoom Link will be sent upon registration. You need a high speed Internet connection, a laptop or desktop with speaker, microphone, and camera. Phones and tablets substantially reduce the experience and therefore not recommended. It is important to keep video on during all the live online classes so that it feels like an in-person class.
