This free interactive, introductory workshop, is being offered in person as well as online. You will receive the following information in this workshop:
- a brief history of MBSR
- what mindfulness is and is not
- a taste of mindfulness through one or more short guided practices
- information about the MBSR course, including its benefits and risks
- open time for Q/A

- For all Online live classes, a high speed Internet connection, and a laptop or desktop with speaker, microphone, and camera are needed.
- Phones and tablets substantially reduce the experience and therefore not recommended.
