Free Introductory Workshop
In this free interactive, introductory workshop, called A Taste of Mindfulness, I introduce basic concepts and guide participants to explore and experience mindfulness and its benefits through short meditative practices, discussion in small groups, and question/answer sessions. No prior experience is needed to attend this workshop. Class size being small, you must RSVP to attend. This class is a pre-requisite for the 8-week MBSR course.
