Free Introductory Workshop
In this free interactive, introductory workshop, called Introduction to Mindfulness and MBSR, I introduce basic concepts and guide participants to explore and experience mindfulness and its benefits through short meditative practices, discussion in small groups, and question/answer sessions. Information about the 8-week MBSR is given without obligation to attend the MBSR. No prior experience is needed to attend this workshop. This class is a pre-requisite for the 8-week MBSR course. Registration Required even though the class is free.
