Here And Now

If you want to start a mindful meditation practice with a teacher's guidance, in a group, meeting in person, this class is for you.  This 1-hour in-person (with live stream) class introduces and cultivates practices of mindful presence through both movement and stillness with curiosity, non-judgment, kindness, compassion, joy, gratitude, and forgiveness. Appropriate for beginners with no prior experience as well as mindful practitioners of different levels of experience. Each class will stat with slow mindful movements of some kind (yoga, qi-gong, walking) followed by meditative stillness in a body position that suits your body (lying down, sitting, standing). There will be some time at the end of class for q/a. Contents of the class will vary from week to week. This class is being offered through https://yogawithshanin.com/ at Studio 103.
