Stress Reduction ​(MBSR)

Requirements for admission into the MBSR program: 
  1. Completion of a free Intro class (either in person or online) shortly before the start of the program.
  2. Completion of a health information form provided by the teacher.
  3. A short one on one session with the teacher during the Intro class or by appointment.
  4. Commitment to attend all the 8 weekly sessions, and the all-day session. 
  5. Commitment of home practice time of 45 to 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week, in addition to in-class practice. Recorded guides and other information needed for home practice will be provided by the teacher.
  6. Payment of course fee of $500 due after all other requirements are met and before the closing date.​ 
What if I miss a class?
Each class builds on the previous class. If you miss one class but are doing the assigned home practices and following the summary emails sent after each class, it is possible to make up. If you are going to miss 3 or more classes, you may not get enough out of the course and it is best to wait for a future schedule.

In Person MBSR:  (Program registration is limited to 10 participants on a first come first serve basis) 
Bring your own yoga mat, cushion, or other props you need to sit on the floor. Floor chairs (Back Jacks), and yoga blankets are provided. Metal folding chairs are also available.

Registration process:
  1. Please register in a free Intro class. Mention in the form that you are attending the free Intro as a prerequisite for MBSR.
  2. Fill out the health form sent to you by the teacher and send it back.
  3. Attend a free Intro, and have a short one-on-one with the teacher to decide whether or not to join.
  4. If ready to join, pay the MBSR fees of $500 to the teacher at the Intro or shortly thereafter (by Zelle, PayPal, or personal check) to complete your registration process. Some discounts are available for repeating MBSR students, full time college students, and people with hardship conditions. Please enquire at the Intro. For PayPal payment, use the button below:
