These low-cost, 45-min, weekly, live online, lightly guided mindfulness practice sessions are for MBSR Alumni to stay in practice, support one another, and continue to improve their mindfulness skills. It is also open to other meditators who wish to practice with a community. These sessions are not for people who have not meditated before. A nominal fee of $50 for the Fall sessions helps to pay for the Zoom account. You may attend any number of sessions as desired. There is no requirement to attend all the sessions. Please sign-up and pay below to receive the link to attend Mindful Evenings. If evening time does not work for you and you would be interested in a mid-day time, please contact me. If I get substantial number of interests, I may start a day-time session.
