Mindful Evening
This is a 60-minute practice class held once a month for the support of MBSR graduates who want to practice with a group and a teacher periodically, to reenergize their home practice. In this class, we practice sitting meditations, mindful movements, and loving kindness meditation, with guidance and in silence. We practice the meditations learned in the MBSR class and sometimes explore new variations to go a little deeper. A donation of $15-$20 per class is appreciated.
