Want to learn some mindful meditations and want to incorporate them into your life but don't have the time for the long intensive MBSR training at this time? You are not alone! This seems to be where a lot of people are. To address this need, I am offering a series of 7 weekly 90-min sessions that is much shorter than the MBSR program. While this format may not allow time to cover all aspects of the MBSR curriculum, you will be guided through many of the mindfulness practices explored in the MBSR program and receive guided recordings to practice at home. You will also have the opportunity to process your experience with a group, ask questions, and discuss difficulties while experientially learning how to face stress and anxiety with a curious and gentle awareness.
